This NVS parameter specifies how far to offset the right pusher hook relative to
the transfer table in the Z-axis in order to align the pusher hook during the
pusher-table plate handoff. Increasing this value moves the pusher hook further
down (towards the transfer table).
If the pusher hook is too low then it may collide with the transfer table
talons during the plate handoff. If the pusher hook is too high then it may
drag the plate off of the transfer table during the plate handoff.
